Raneisha Wright of Bridgeport was arrested on Sunday, Oct. 13, by the Newtown Police when officers determined that she had an active warrant, said Newtown Police Lt. Aaron Bahamonde.
The warrant stemmed from Bridgeport and failure to pay for a ticket for creating a public disturbance, police said.
Wright was arrested and charged with one count of failure to appear to an infraction. She was released on $100 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday, Oct. 24.
